We supply and install systems in Soho post houses on a regular basis. If your production is using a facility in central London but needs additional cutting rooms, overflow capacity or a specific hardware configuration, we can integrate our systems into your existing setup without disruption. Our kit works alongside Avid Nexis, Editshare and SNS EVO shared-storage environments already in place at most major Soho facilities.
The most common scenario — a production that needs one or several editing systems set up in a rented office space, configured for the show's workflow and connected to shared storage. We handle the hardware, software licensing, networking and storage configuration. Your editors arrive to a working system.
Based at Shepperton Studios ourselves, we're the natural first call for productions filming on the lot or nearby. Same-day delivery and installation for productions at Shepperton, Pinewood and other studio facilities in the Surrey and West London corridor.
Our systems have been installed on productions across the UK and internationally. Remote locations, base camps, temporary production hubs — wherever your shoot takes you, we can spec, pack and install a complete edit system. Paired with Coach House Media Sync, your editor can receive processed dailies from set in near real-time, securely, from anywhere in the world.
Camera media backed up on set → ingested and transcoded at our Shepperton lab against your DOP or DIT's LUT files → distributed via Coach House Media Sync to your editor's system, wherever they are. The editor receives QC'd, correctly-graded dailies with no manual file transfer required.
For productions that manage their own dailies, we can configure Coach House Media Sync as a standalone secure distribution and collaboration tool — giving editors, producers and directors access to media from any device, from any location.
